 In this webcast, the presenter talks about the second part of Project SEARCH and shares stories about the jobs and the skills that they teach.  Project SEARCH focuses on nontraditional jobs so not the perceived easiest jobs, but jobs that are complex and systematic so jobs that are hard but routine. They have found over the years of having this program that people with significant intellectual and developmental disabilities, are very capable of doing really hard work and oftentimes just as long as it's routine. That's the key piece.
