Developing meaningful relationships with employers is a critical component of customized employment. Employment specialists representing job seekers with disabilities must have the skills to determine an employer's needs, develop employment proposals , and negotiate customized job descriptions. This webcast will explore how employment specialists can more meaningfully engage with employers during the relationship building process leading from discovery to the negotiation of customized jobs.
