Individuals with disabilities may interview differently than some of your other applicants. In this webcast, we will discuss a few tips and alternative ideas to consider when interviewing a potential new employee who has a disability.

ASD - Autism Spectrum Disorder. A developmental disorder that can affect behavior and communication. An Autism Spectrum Disorder is just that - a disorder. It is not a disease or illness.
