This session explores how collaboration, grounded in both legal requirements and practical strategies, leads to stronger outcomes for students with disabilities. Participants will gain a clear understanding of Pre-ETS and VR services, as well as practical ways to build effective transition teams by applying the "3 C's": Communication, Collaboration, and Coordination. The session will also clarify the distinct roles of schools and DARS, offering actionable steps to create a unified, student-centered approach that expands access to Pre-ETS and transition services.
