Innovative Rehabilitation Training Program (IRACA)
Web site: https://iraca.vcurrtc.org
The foundation of IRACA is four projects that work together to strengthen the field, bringing new, practical training approaches to rehabilitation personnel, improving how services are delivered to individuals with disabilities, and helping VR professionals better understand today's labor market. By focusing on employer needs and thoughtfully incorporating AI and STEM tools, these projects will develop hands-on resources to support participant engagement and career assessment, strengthen state VR programs, and advance practices that lead to meaningful, long-term employment outcomes.
