Kiley Roland joined the RRTC Team as a Supported Employment Specialist in June 2026. She brings six years of valuable experience from her previous role with Hanover County Public Schools, where she served as an instructional assistant with Project SEARCH. Kiley is thrilled to continue her work with Project SEARCH at Memorial Regional Medical Center in this new capacity, dedicating her skills to helping individuals find meaningful employment. Outside of her professional life, Kiley has been happily married to her husband for nearly 28 years, and together they share four beautiful children.
