Bio:

Phillip Rumrill, Ph.D., CRC, is a Professor of Counselor Education and Director of Research at the Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Rumrill is well known as one of the leading vocational rehabilitation researchers in the United States. His research interests include applied career preparatory interventions for people with disabilities, job retention and career maintenance, implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and neurological disabilities. Dr. Rumrill has authored or co-authored approximately 500 professional publications, including 16 commercially published books. He is a frequent presenter at national and international conferences, delivering more than 700 addresses to wide-ranging professional, academic, and consumer audiences.
