These include the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA, Public Law 101-476), Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Applied Technology Act (Public Law 101-392), Technology-Related Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities Act of 1988 (Public Law 100-407), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA, Public Law 101-336), and Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1992 (Public Law 102-569). The discussion focuses on the Title I Vocational Rehabilitation Program under the Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1992 and the provisions concerning rehabilitation technology and supported employment services.
