Structured abstract:
Background: | This paper uses follow-up case studies of two youths who completed the Post-Secondary Apprenticeship for Youth with disabilities (PAY Check) program to chronicle outcomes and lessons learned. |
Conclusions: | The article concludes with recommendations for improving transition programs designed to promote full participation of youth with disabilities in the community as adults. |
