Background:
Educational attainment has been identified as affecting employment outcomes and wages for individuals with disabilities.
Purpose:
This study looks at Individualized Plan for Employment and vocational rehabilitation employment outcomes, identifying wage disparities associated with disability category as well as educational attainment.
Setting:
Maryland State Department of Education Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) vocational rehabilitation
Study sample:
171 vocational rehabilitation clients
