The VRTAC-QE is focused on increasing the number and quality of employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Partner agencies working on this project are national leaders in research and training with a wide range of experience in identifying and sharing innovative employment practices for people with disabilities. Our team at Virginia Commonwealth University provides training and technical assistance to state vocational rehabilitation agencies and community partners to increase their knowledge and skills in helping individuals with disabilities achieve quality employment and career advancement. Virginia Commonwealth University’s team emphasizes competitive integrated employment outcomes and provides expertise in the focus areas of Supported Employment, Customized Employment, and Subminimum Wage Waiver Reduction.
