Dr. Stacey Reynolds from the VCU Department of Occupational Therapy is leading this study to train Autistic adults to use Rideshare services, and to determine if a training program will help these individuals better access leisure and employment opportunities in the community for which limited transportation options can often be a barrier. Participants in this project will complete 5 online modules and 8 in-person ride-along sessions to learn how to safely utilize Rideshare services. The training modules are freely accessible at the Safe Rideshare Program website.
