The Center is organized around six studies including a systematic review of the literature on practices related to employment of transition age-youth; providing Pre-ETS to students with significant disabilities early in their career and transition planning; the impact of the SOS model on students with disabilities earning a regular diploma; the impact of paid employment for students with significant disabilities prior to graduation; the use of cognitive support technology for college students with TBI; and increasing paid employment opportunities to students with I/DD in inclusive higher education programs.
