Austin Miller received his Bachelor of Social Work (2014) and his Master of Social Work (2023) from Virginia Commonwealth University. Austin began supporting youth on the autism spectrum while working for Richmond Autism Integration Network (RAIN). His experiences at RAIN cultivated a deep passion for supporting youth and young adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In 2016, Austin began working for the Virginia Commonwealth University - Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (VCU-RRTC) where he has been dedicated to increasing employment outcomes for the clients he serves within the Greater Richmond community. He applies a life-long-learning perspective to both his life and professional career, and seeks opportunities for continued growth, professional development and the ability to collaborate with others wherever possible.
