This course provides an extensive overview of supported employment and how to facilitate competitive jobs for individuals with significant disabilities. Topics include: federal policy; customer profile; job development; working with employers; job-site strategies; support plans; and alternative funding.

Course Credit

Earn 4 CEUs or 40 CRCs and the National Certificate in Employment Services issued by ACRE upon course completion. In order to complete the course successfully, participants must participate in an online discussion forum, complete assignments, and pass a quiz for each lesson. All assignments must be completed in order to earn the Basic Certificate.

Tuition

Individual rate: $375 per person, Group rate: $1500 for 5 registrants, $300 for each additional registrant.
