Kian graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor's of Interdisciplinary Studies incorporating social work and early childhood special education and a minor in social welfare. In previous positions they worked to support children with disabilities in a variety of academic and extracurricular environments. Kian joined the RRTC team in 2025 as a Supported Employment Specialist.
