C.J. attended Emory & Henry College, earning a B.S. in Psychology, a B.A. in Economics, and a minor in Business Management. He later earned a M.Ed. in Counseling & College Student Development from Virginia Commonwealth University. He joined the VCU RRTC team as a Supported Employment Specialist in October 2024 and earned his ACRE certification in April 2025. He supports a caseload of community members seeking employment in applying for, training on, and maintaining employment in the Greater Richmond area.
