Staff Bio
Abbey Whibley graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Communications. They developed an interest in working with people with disabilities when they began to substitute teaching in Richmond Public Schools Exceptional Education classes. Abbey enjoys helping people and developing relationships within the Richmond community. In their free time, they enjoy crocheting and going to see live music with their friends.
