Noel has been working with people with autism since 1994. She earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from VCU in 2020 and holds additional degrees from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and Rutgers University. She is a fully certified special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Noel joined the VCU Autism Center for Excellence 2011 and currently supports school divisions in the Northern Neck of Virginia, Hampton City, Spotsylvania, Culpeper, Pittsylvania, and Suffolk. She also supports early childhood classrooms with the VCU-ACE Project Pass team. Noel lives in the Northern Neck of Virginia with her husband and three kids and loves spending time on the Chesapeake Bay with her family and her two Labrador Retrievers.
